Role: Game Designer
As a Game Designer, my tasks on the project were:
Conceptualizing ideas particularly for the general gameplay and the main game mode.
Translating these creative concepts into plans by crafting Game Design Documents (GDDs).
Prototyping the GDDs on Unreal Engine 5 using Blueprints.
Creation of development tickets within Jira to fully complete the defined GDDs.
3 PROJECT Highlights
Three distinct facets of my work have significantly contributed to the project:
Fully understand product department and publisher demands to exhaustively deliver an interesting and functional prototype for the new main game mode.
Revamping and achieving a comprehensive balance between heroes, weapons and cards resulting in a more balanced and interesting gameplay experience.
Proficiently establishing a streamlined working design pipeline synchronized with all the different departments.
